This three-storey Grade 2 listed townhouse can accommodate up to 10 people with off street car parking for up to three cars and an enclosed rear garden with teak garden furniture that can seat up to 10.
There is a separate lounge, dining room with patio doors out to the rear garden (both with seating for 10) and kitchen on the ground floor with cloakroom and bedrooms and bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors.
Fast cable wi-fi and Virgin TV in the lounge and the master bedroom. Two other bedrooms have Freeview tv’s and the whole house is centrally heated with gas fired heating and a large wood burner in the spacious and comfortable lounge.
For larger groups why not combine with our adjoining Quay House then up to 25 guests can be accommodated and we give a 5% discount for multiple bookings.

Located in the heart of Christchurch, Quay Corner really is the perfect house and location for a family gathering and an ideal base from which to explore the South Coast.
There are numerous shops, bars and restaurants and many other facilities within a very short walk.
Christchurch Harbour, the River Avon and the River Stour, are literally on your doorstep, and provide some of the best fishing in the UK. They are also excellent for water-based sports, particularly sailing, canoeing and windsurfing.
Superb beaches can be found within a few miles at Hengistbury Head, Mudeford, Southbourne and Bournemouth, and the New Forest National Park is only 5 miles away.
Christchurch is an excellent base for golfers with some of the finest courses in the UK within close proximity. Remedy Oak (45 mins), Ferndown GC (20 mins), Barton on Sea GC ( 20 mins) Queens Park, (15 Mins), Meyrick Park (20 Mins ), Parkstone GC (25 mins), Broadstone GC (25 minutes), Isle of Purbeck (40 min) and for the less accomplished golfers, Solent Meads (10 mins) and Ilford Golf Centre (15 Mins).
